Please note that our serial numbers may contain zero “0” or the letter “O”, along with one “1” or the letter “I”. If you do not get results, please try again using the opposite character. For example, if you tried A0825K9999 and received no results, please try AO825K9999 with an “O” where the zero was.

Monitors, Touchscreens & Thin Clients

Our product label may be in different locations on the back of your unit but it should look similar to the sample above. All serial numbers will have a barcode with it.

Projectors

The serial number can be found under the top cover for almost all of our projector products. Please make note that there is a serial number (and possibly a barcode) for the lamp itself. You should use the one below the yellow warning sticker or the one closest to the front of the unit.

Creating a CSV From a Spreadsheet

Spreadsheet programs make it easy to create and edit CSV files.

Using a spreadsheet program, fill the first column with the serial numbers you wish to check and the second column with their corresponding part numbers.
While saving the file, be sure to specify a "CSV" file type.

That's it. Select the CSV file just created using the 'Select Files' button and click 'Upload & Search' and the results will be shown below.
